Throw in a little knittiing

I've decided to throw back in a little knitting, since after all that was the object of the blog until this slight detour. I am starting a new sweater and will post pics of the yarns and design later today, for now.. One of my first tapestry sweaters.. Can't remember the designer but loved it.

I don't quite understand when there are only two of you why you need your name on the sweater then remembered with the new Paul it is best to label all your clothes.

Hugs from Grafton.

I was wondering if your darling brother will ever get to wear a Mima creation.
I know that you will need lots of yarn for the Michellin section of my belly.
But it is another challenge :-).

Oh my god!

I'm famous. Just to clear things up the crazy south african woman was working (at least *some* of the time) As I took on her identity to locate veg. kosher hotel to host said wedding at.

Phone ringing - hold please...

That was Randy, told him I was Famous. Was reminded that he actually had something to do with aforementioned tree trimming party (always want to hog spotlight that one)

Love you

your new "Dreamgirl"

That sweater is gorgeous! I also wondered why your name is on it. Must be that you know others who would try to claim it if you enter a groggy state, and this will provide no question as to its owner. Remember: every stitch that goes on the needle is a good cell that replaces a bad one. Apoptosis!

My thought for the day, taken from the newsletter sent out by Debra of Debra's Gourmet in W. Concord:

In a study in Japan, key-punch operators were found to make fewer errors (21%) when the air was scented with lavender. Jasmine was associated with a 33% drop in errors, and lemon with a 54% drop.

Another study showed patients who sniffed a vanilla-like scent before undergoing an MRI were less anxious than patients who didn’t. (I drenched my mother’s pillow with lavender before she underwent surgery. The nurses said they’d never felt so relaxed!)

Personally, I love adding essential oil drops to a carrier oil like almond, jojoba, peanut or sesame to use for massage or as a moisturizer. A tablespoon of the mixture zips over the whole body when it is damp after a shower. It soaks in nicely.

Sounds as if you're doing really well considering your new job. Keep it up!

love and light -
