day 3 chemo

No morning sickness, so I guess I am not pregnant, and that it must be an alien living inside me.. The could cast me opposite Sigourney Weaver you know! Today is the first combo day. My sister had a vacation day from her nursing duties yesterday and St Paul had me all day. Today he is dropping me of at radiation and going back to work, where I am sure he will be canonized.

My sister will pick me up in radiation and then wheel me (maybe I should walk) to chemo. From there i hope lunch and the home. I have work work to do with Frank so that will keep me busy. Many chnages at work going on, but those will have to wait a little bit.

OK, OK so my brother is a saint. I used to be the saint in the family aka "the martyr" but Paul has taken over the position. Of course, he deserves it!!!! His mother dethroned me and gave the title to Paul. I'm the good sister as opposed to spook sister so that must count for something. Oh well. Love to you both.

Hi Mima,

Dave and I will take very good care of Paul while he is at work. Stay strong and get rest.

Mima - Rich, from TJX here. You wrote "Today he (Paul) is dropping me of at radiation and going back to work, where I am sure he will be canonized.". Does this mean I should remove the stained "St. Paul" glass that we inserted in his office window?

Keep up the fight!

Greetings Lovey,

Of course the tumor is necrotic! Anything receiving the calculated but deadly glare of Mima, punctuated by the hyper-raised eyebrow, would want to shrivel up and die!

Big hugs,
Les

Mima, you are loved. Wanted to let you know that Joe, Leigh and I keep up with your blog. Thanks so much for doing it. Now we know how what is going on, as it would be too much for Saint Paul to keep up with phone calls. I am ready to back your first professioal writing, you sure do have a very special touch to your entries. Wish the topic was anything but what it is, because it S---- big time. Please know how many many times a day and night you are thought of and prayed for. The sweater looks great, as usual, and with the new leaner, meaner Saint Paul, it must have cut down on both the number of skeins and the knitting time. Since we lost half of Paul, you can double your output, maybe even moonlight for TJMAX. So glad you got to the movies. We saw promo on how Dreamgirls was made and plan to see it. The music is great. It was nice of Paul to let you use his bed to get the most comfortable postion possible-- Let's not forget that I have been in repose on said bed-- let the rumors begin. Get some rest today and keep up your strength-if sleeping in beautiful surroundings helps, you are all set for sure.

Unbelievable--that South African telegraph system. They get the news out all over USA, Israel, Australia, and inbetween before the rest of us are able to pick up a telephone. Incredible!

While I blog away to you, Ira is learning all about his newest toy....a GPS gadget for the car so he doesn't get lost. Wonder why they use females to give all the directions???

Love you both.
