broiled not fried

I am tired as hell.. no sleep is no good for me. We get to the radiation #2 appt early, but I falling asleep everywhere...Get escorted to the machine (which btw flips top to bottom) and the setup and line up with my tattoo begins... that takes no time, however there is a small malfunction with the mechanics of the focusing device, I wouldn't mind but, your hands are over your head semi bound my a constrictive device ( pipe down you leather queens!) and I am flat. If you remember if I am flat my head gets swollen; tolerable for 20 minutes not for 40.

After all this drama, you guess it... 3 minutes of zapping.. front and bag... add lettuce, tomato special sauce and a pickle and don't forget the sesame bun.

Afterwards went shopping for some decent sweat pants (hospital is very cold) and a hooded zipper sweatshirt... Very Palm Beach

Dear Mima and Paul,
So here is what is going on in sunny Orlando. I give you that information because Michael says it is snowing in Sudbury and Jacob is measuring the snowfall...when it gets to 5 inches, he can go sledding.

Anyway, we are into the 80's here (I have to keep rubbing that in) and Ira and I went to synagogue services today. We have a special prayer during services each Saturday morning - for family and friends who are ill. When the rabbi pauses in prayer, we say the name of the person who is ill (in Hebrew, preferably). As our rabbi couldn't translate "Mima" into Hebrew, I could only say "Mima". Rabbi C. assures me it is as powerful as saying it in Hebrew, Mima, so don't lose sleep over this.

Needless to say, our prayers and love go to you and Paul. I know all the love and prayers coming your way are almost as important as the radiation and meds. Drink your coffee, have your donuts, and we'll drink the wine.

Love you both,

Marion & Ira

Well, since the new closet attire will be more the street wise comfortable stuff. We'll have to get you 1 of those large fuzzy pimp hats (pink or purple, maybe lime green!) to put over your swollen head since you insist on going to the BI Hilton & playing with the malfunctioning equipment. I always knew you would break out of the Armani theme at some point! :-) Keep your sense of humor man, it will help us all deal with this.
Love ya.

Well, what is there to say? You are crazy, even at a time like this. We all know that about you, a very practical man, with mulitple personalities. I think I have seen them all at one time or another. Very scary.

I love Paul's sweater, remarkable just like the rest you have made him. Very jealous.

I am glad that you remain you, and will fight your way. I am standing right beside you, just reach out and I will be there.

I am here in FL and long for the New England weather. Chistmas was so hot, the floor in the room adjacent to the pool area was all wet because of the humidity. We had to run the air conditioner out there as well as in the house. You can have it Mima. Enough busting you family jewels.

I, with the rest of your friends, are rooting for you.

Love,
Julie

PS not to much mush for you is it?
