well that is a relief

First the good news... after drinking the dreaded barium potion, this time citrus flavored, I had my scan this morning. How can I be getting used to the chalk soup? I was able to drink it in about 20 minutes... strange taste buds. As usual nurse Eileen was with me today... I think she just wanted to stay overnight at Quincy and the scan was the excuse. After the scan the next necessity was my coffee...thank heavens for coffee. Up we go to the 9th floor to visit Dr DeCamp... have I told you people that I just love that man?? Most people have to wait days for the Doctor to receive the results from the scans, Dr Decamp reads them himself and then delivers the news. This time around the news were excellent. No cancer, nothing strange inside. Needless to say we are VERY happy about this. Next scan is in 4 months.

After the doctors, it was time for my escape.. up to NH to my TV... KIDDING!! Actually, for me it makes a world of difference; obviously Caroline and Rich rather be unplugged and diconnected from it all.. to that I say.. goody for you, but not for me.
